1. Business Application Analyst

      Responsibilities:

  • Works with users to evaluate/ improve business processes with cost effective solutions.
  • Analyzing, implementing and testing on the development of the new Business functionalities.

  • Design and write reports based on management requirements.
  • Maintain, backup and restoring of SQL Database.

      Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree qualification in ICT field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV in application support environment.
  • Excellent understanding of Dynamics NAV as a whole.
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, Report Builder, Report Scheduling.
  • Experience supporting and training Dynamics NAV end users.
  • Has basic proficiency with SQL.
  • Strong understanding of business flow and operations in retail business.
  • Must have Good communication skills, as well as analytical and logical thinking.

2. System Administrator

      Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and support of Microsoft based server applications – Windows 2003/2008, Exchange 2010, Network Services – Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WINS, LAN/WAN infrastructure, Firewall and TCP/IP connectivity.
  • Identify user needs and troubleshoot problems reported by users.
  • Maintain network and system security.
  • Implementing and maintaining backup solutions.

      Requirements:

  • Minimum Higher National Diploma qualification in ICT field.
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)/ Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) prefer.
  • Minimum two years’ experience progressively responsible Microsoft system administration.
  • Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting of pc, network and server related problems.
  • Resourceful engineer who knows how to solve problems independently using online and offline resources.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well organised,proactive and self directed, able to perform with minimal supervision and also a team player.

3. Admin & Accounts Assistant

  • Minimum O level or equivalent, with Accounting & Maths.
  • Proficient in Malay & English languages.
  • Knowledge in computer is essential.
  • Experience in a similar capacity is an advantage.

4. Safety Officer

      Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct regular site safety patrols, internal audits and monthly safety meetings on current and potential issues as well as recommend preventive measures to mitigate risks and situations when required.
  • Plan and develop safety training and awareness programs.
  • Investigate and report any accidents/incidents or complaints occurrences; propose corrective and preventive actions for all non-conformities of OSH related matters and disseminate information to all concerned parties.
  • Be the liaison contact between company facilities, contractors, suppliers and regulatory personnel to carry out safety related activities and operations.
  • Provide advice on all safety-related matters to work-site personnel; attend to their complaints or queries in emergency & non-emergency situations; recommends alternatives and/or solutions to mitigate risks and situations as required.

      Requirements:

  • NEBOSH or other equivalent Occupational Safety and Health discipline qualification or related field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of relevant working experience in the field of HSE in Petrochemical industry.

5. Accounts Assistant

  • At least a Certificate in Business (Accounting).
  • Proficient in Malay and English languages.
  • Minimum one (1) year working experience in accountancy.
  • Must be able to do the full set of accounts.

  • Has at least 5 years work experience in repairing continental cars and has excellent knowledge in motor vehicle technology

  • Able to communicate in English and has good communication and customer service skills

2. Spray Painter

  • Candidates should have a Diploma / Certified Automotive Qualification
  • Must have wide knowledge and skills in Auto Spray Painting
  • Has knowledge in mixing variation of colors
  • Has knowledge and ability to spray balance colors and to use spray materials
  • Must have taste in choosing colors and design
  • Has knowledge in sanding, filling and chiseling vehicles
  • Able to communicate in English, and has good communication skills

3. Customer Service Advisor

  • Minimum O level education or equivalent / Motor Technical qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Customer Service Advisor / in customer service in the automotive industry.

  • Possess a Degree in Journalism or Mass Communication.
  • Required language is English.
  • at least 10 years of working experience in Print Media, in reporting and editing, and in newsroom operation in a recognised English language daily newspaper.
